Hayley Care's Supported Living Placements begin with a 3-month clinical assessment guided by the PACE system. This approach aims to foster independence and develop essential skills such as employment, education, and social abilities, preparing individuals for a self-sufficient life in society.
We specialize in supporting individuals aged 16 and older, including unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC)/UNACCOMPANIED MINORS. Young People with Complex needs who are not ready to live on their own and may require ongoing wrap around support with their transition. Unlike our residential placements, our Supported Living Placements offer a more flexible support structure tailored closely to the individual's preferences and needs.At Hayley Care, we prioritize collaboration as the cornerstone of our support approach.
This ensures that restorative practices and, when necessary, therapeutic interventions are focused on making a meaningful impact on each individual's life journey rather than simply addressing immediate challenges. Our dedicated staff are extensively trained to provide personalized guidance and support, empowering individuals as they transition into independent living and integrate into society.

Hayley Care offers safe and supportive housing for unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC) aged 18 and older, focusing on building their independent living skills. We provide personalized one-to-one support in self-contained flats with flexible hours.
The welfare of young people is our top priority. We prioritize their voices in decision-making processes, ensuring they receive tailored support including input from relevant professionals, bespoke referral services, ESOL support, and language development to enhance English proficiency.
We rigorously assess and accommodate young people based on their support needs rather than purely for support. Our homes undergo stringent quality assurance checks led by experienced senior managers to maintain consistently high standards. All staff are registered with CIW, hold at least a Level 3 qualification, and receive regular supervision.
Our emphasis is on preparing young people for independent adulthood and assisting asylum seekers in integrating into British life. We achieve this through focused key working sessions, collaboration with professionals, and connecting them with necessary services. Progress is documented in detailed weekly reports sent to social workers, reflecting our commitment to achieving positive outcomes.
